Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026
This policy supplements the Privacy Policy and describes how the Qonclor institutional website uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and session identifiers used for equivalent purposes.
2. How we use cookies on this site
We use cookies and related technologies in a limited way, prioritizing secure operation of the site and the contact form.
Strictly necessary cookies
Essential to operate the site, protect against automated abuse, and allow submission of the demonstration form. They include anti-abuse verification mechanisms that may be provided by specialized partners.
Legal basis: legitimate interest and, when applicable, pre-contractual measures at your request (LGPD, Art. 7, IX and V).
Preference cookies
We do not currently use cookies to remember preferences beyond what is strictly necessary for site operation.
Analytics or advertising cookies
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social media cookies on the institutional landing page.
If we begin using them, we will update this policy and, when required by law, request your prior consent through a banner or equivalent mechanism before activation.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies or local storage may be set by providers that help secure the site (for example, anti-abuse verification on the form). Those providers process data under their own terms and our data protection agreements.
4. Managing cookies
You may:
- Configure your browser to block, alert, or delete cookies. See your browser’s help (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
- Disable essential cookies: this may prevent the contact form or anti-abuse verification from working.
We do not currently maintain a separate cookie preference center because we do not use non-essential cookies on the institutional site. If that changes, we will provide adequate means to manage and revoke consent.
5. Access logs
Regardless of cookies, we collect application access logs (such as IP address, date, and time), pursuant to Law No. 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework) and our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or legislation. The date at the top indicates the current version.
7. Contact
